Terms of Service

Version 1 · Last updated 3 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the Conductor early-access programme, operated by Monstrous Media (“we”, “us”). By using the site or applying for early access you agree to them. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. What this service is

Conductor is in a pre-launch, early-access phase. This website describes the product, publishes indicative pricing, and takes early-access applications. It does not yet sell anything, and product details, pricing, and availability may change before launch. You can browse and apply without creating an account.

2. The early-access programme

3. Licences, intellectual property & trademarks

4. Purchases & refund policy

When paid products launch, payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy acting as merchant of record: your purchase contract for payment, VAT/sales tax, and invoicing is with Lemon Squeezy, while the product licence and these programme terms are with us.

5. Acceptable use of this site

Don't abuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe or overload its infrastructure beyond good-faith security research (see our security.txt), scrape it for spam, or submit early-access applications with someone else's identity.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website and all pre-release software are provided “as is”, without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in early access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence), and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts — non-exclusive so that, if you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring proceedings in your own country.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we will update the version and date at the top of this page, the same way the privacy policy is versioned. Changes apply from the date posted and never retroactively reduce benefits already confirmed to you in writing.
